CHUNR Homi (the “Game”) is published by ChunR Game (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the Game handles, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the Game as played in the mobile app and on our website at chunrgame.site, including the About and Privacy Policy pages.
The Game is designed to work without collecting personal information. We do not collect, request, or store any of the following on our own servers:
To remember your progress, the Game saves a small amount of data in your device's local storage. This data is kept only on your device. We do not receive a copy of it and we cannot see it.

This information is not linked to your identity. You can remove it at any time by clearing the app's storage or data in your device settings, or by uninstalling the app. Doing so resets your progress.
The Game is loaded over the internet from our website. Like almost every website and online service, the web server that delivers the Game may automatically receive and temporarily record standard technical information needed to deliver the page, such as your IP address, browser or app type, device type, operating system, and the time and address of the request.
We use this information only to deliver the Game, keep it secure, and diagnose technical problems. We do not use it to identify you, build profiles, or track you across other apps or websites. Our hosting provider may keep ordinary server logs for a limited time under its own policies.
The Game does not request any special device permissions. It does not access your location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, photos, files, or notifications. If you turn sound on, the Game plays simple sound effects through your device's normal audio output.
The Game currently contains no advertising and uses no analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting services. It does not use cookies for advertising or tracking. If we ever add any of these features, we will update this policy and the app listing before they take effect.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information with third parties, because we do not collect it. The Game does not include third-party advertising or analytics code.
The Game is distributed through Google Play. Google may process information about your download and use of the app in line with Google's own privacy policy, which is separate from ours. The Game may open inside your device's browser engine, which is governed by that browser's own privacy practices.
We may disclose information only if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others, and only if we actually hold any such information.
The Game is cartoon-style, contains no violence or mature themes, and is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). Because the Game does not ask for personal information, has no accounts, no chat, no ads, and no purchases, there is nothing for a child to submit to us.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Game progress is kept on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is no account or profile for us to delete. Temporary technical logs described in section 4 are kept only as long as needed for security and operations, then removed or anonymized.
We deliver the Game over a secure HTTPS connection and keep the amount of data handled to a minimum. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but collecting very little data greatly reduces the risk to you.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights such as accessing, correcting, deleting, or restricting the use of your personal data, objecting to processing, and complaining to a data protection authority. Because we do not collect personal data that identifies you, there is generally nothing for us to access, change, or delete. You can control the data saved on your device at any time by clearing the app's storage.
If you have a question about your rights or want to make a request, contact us using the details in section 15 and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
The Game is available to players around the world. Our website and hosting infrastructure may be located in a different country from where you live, so the technical data described in section 4 may be processed in other countries. We only handle this limited technical data to deliver the Game.
The Game and its pages may link to our own About and Privacy Policy pages and to an email address for contacting us. If you follow a link to another website or service, that site's own privacy policy applies, and we are not responsible for it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if the Game adds new features. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how information is handled, we will make that clear in the Game or on its store listing. Please review this page from time to time.
